Spindle Warming Up
This macro is needed to warm up the spindle of the CNC machine before
starting its operation. Before starting the cycle, you need to bring the
machine to the reference point on all axes. You can make it as a custom
M-code on your machine, look at other macros.
Defined Variables
- #101 - total spindle warm-up time (min) :clock3:
- #102 - step by which the spindle speed will increase (rpm)
- #103 - Warm-up time at minimum speed (min)
- #104 - Warm-up time at maximum speed (min)
- #105- minimum spindle speed (rpm)
- #106 - maximum spindle speed (rpm)
System Variables Used
- #3000 - emergency signal :speech_balloon:
- #5021 - machine axis coordinates X
- #5022 - machine axis coordinates Y
- #5023 - machine axis coordinates Z
Compatibility
- Milling - FANUC Series Oi-MODEL F
- Turning - FANUC Series Oi-MODEL F
- Milling - HAAS
[!WARNING] Before starting the makras, do not forget to check all the system variables used; they may differ on some machines.
